The new Architools line includes all diamond and polishing wheels for tooling on Straight-Line grinding and Double Edging machines using cup wheels
These tools have been studied and optimized for raw or polished grinding of glass sheets from 6 to 12 mm thickness, nevertheless they can be used for all the other glass thicknesses as well.

The main advantages of new ArchiTools wheels:

-Diamond wheels with high removal capability , also in case of huge glass removal (inaccurate cutting tables)

-Capability to achieve good finishing at fast grinding speeds, as requested when glass does not need to be polished (ex. 8 mt/min on 10 mm glass thickness on double edgers VX OS)

-Great adaptability to the changing of glass thicknesses to be grinded, with no need of running-in on new thickness that effect machines productivity reduction.

-Elimination of grinding defects implying glass sheets breakages during the following operation of tempering or bending.

-Otpimum and steady finishing on polished edge, thanks to the use of new polishing Bavelloni Flexi wheels

-High duration both of diamond and polishing wheels, to halve the machines stops due to tools changes, if compared to the tools normally available on the market.

The complete line of these tools to fit Straight line edgers and double edgers machines consists of the following:

	Diamond cup wheels with metallic bond for flat edge grinding.
	Diamond cup wheels with resin bond as last position on double edgers and for arrises execution
	Polishing wheels for arrises polishing.
	Flexi polishing wheels for flat edge polishing.
	Polishing wheels with cerium oxyde for flat glass brightening.
